Ming Tai Construction Engineering Company Limited was incorporated in Hong Kong and commenced its business of provision of formwork construction works in the building construction sector in 1998.

Ming Tai Construction Engineering Company Limited, the major subsidiary of the Group, was registered as a registered subcontractor (the “RSC”) under the Subcontractor Registration Scheme of the Construction Industry Council.

Ming Tai Civil Engineering Company Limited, the major subsidiary of the Group, was registered as a registered subcontractor (the “RSC”) under the Subcontractor Registration Scheme of the Construction Industry Council.

Genuine Treasury Construction Technology Company Limited was incorporated in Hong Kong and holds patents of the Group relating to our formwork business in multiple jurisdictions.

Royal Deluxe Holdings Limited has become the holding company of the Group with business being conducted through operating subsidiaries of our Company, namely Ming Tai Construction Engineering Company Limited and Ming Tai Civil Engineering Company Limited and with patents of the Group relating to our business being held by Genuine Treasury Construction Technology Company Limited after the Group “Reorganisation”.

MT Construction Limited and MT Engineering Limited and MT Technology Limited were incorporated in B.V.I. with limited liability and subsequently acquired the entire issued share capital of Ming Tai Construction Engineering Company Limited and Ming Tai Civil Engineering Company Limited and Genuine Treasury Construction Technology Company Limited respectively.

Royal Deluxe Holdings Limited was incorporated in the Cayman Islands.

Royal Deluxe Holdings Limited was listed on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong.

H.S. Design Service Company Limited was incorporated in Hong Kong and commenced its business of provision of engineering design and BIM services.

Ming Tai Construction Engineering Company Limited, the major subsidiary of the Group, has been registered as Group 2 RSTCs under the “S02-Concreting Formwork” and “S05-Erection of Concrete Precast Component” and “S07-Scaffolding” categories with confirmed status and are qualified to tender for the contracts / subcontracts of the designate trades under public works of unlimited value since 1 October 2020.

The Group was accredited CarbonCare ESG Label 2020 in Best Practice in ESG Reporting Level 2.

Ming Tai Smart Formwork Aluminium Tableform System (Ref:086) was approved to be included in the Pre-approved List(Technologies) under Construction Innovation and Technology Fund (CITF).

The Group was accredited CarbonCare ESG Label 2021 in Best Practice in ESG Reporting Level 3.

The Group was signed the Statement of Commitment of Integrity Charter

The Group was accredited CarbonCare Star Label 2022 in Continuing Commitment in Best Practice in ESG Reporting and CarbonCare ESG Label 2022 in Best Practice in ESG Reporting Level 3.

Ming Tai Civil Engineering Company Limited has reached its 30th Anniversary.

Ming Tai Civil Engineering Company Limited, the major subsidiary of the Group, has been registered as Group 2 Registered Special Trade Contractors (the “RSTCs”) under the “S02-Concreting Formwork” and as Group 1 RSTCs under the “S07-Scaffolding” categories with confirmed status in 18 January 2023.

Ming Tai Civil Engineering Company Limited and Ming Tai Construction Engineering Company Limited, the subsidiary companies of the Group have been renewed the registration as group 2 Registered Specialist Trade Contractors (the “RSTCs”) under “S02-Concreting Formwork” and “S07-Scaffolding” categories with confirmed status and are qualified to tender for the contracts/subcontracts of the designated trades under public works of unlimited value since 18 January 2023 and 2 June 2023.
